Why Daq interprets data from sensor controller incorrectly?

Dear All, I'm a new member in community, but also a new learner in experiments...

Currently I use cDAQ9185 to read signal from a sensor controller. From controller, signal ranges from -10 to 10V (validated by voltmeter). However, in NImax panel, -x volts signal is represented as (10-x), while +x volts are shown as a constant 10.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks,

YY

Please provide more supporting data for your claim. In short, to get the correct measurements, you need to connect that sensor appropriately to the DAQ and use the instrument drivers appropriately (match the connections) to collect data.

Please share the exact electrical connections and the software you used to capture the data.
