Why can't I acquire strain and resistance data simultaneously with an NI 9219 module?

Hello,

I am using a cDAQ 9172 chassis with a NI9219 module to try to acquire both strain and resistance at the same time, with Labview SignalExpress software.  Is this possible?  When I try to view both signal values at the same time, I get a DAQ assistant error 50103 "The specified resource is reserved.  The operation could not be completed as specified".  I used to be able to acquire strain and voltage at the same time, but now even that gives me the 50103 error.  I have hours into trying to figure this out.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Justin,

Two separate SignalExpress steps cannot use the same NI 9219 at the same time. Instead, you need to add multiple channels to a single step:
