Why do I get BAD_POOL_ ERROR using Measurement & Automation Explorer?

I get BAD_POOL_ERROR and Blue Screen of Death when trying to Save or Set Active Configuration when using Mesurement & Automation Explorer with 6024E Card.

1. Try installing the latest version of NIDAQ, i.e., NIDAQ 6.9.2 from the national Instruments website.

2. Do you have labview?? if yes, did you install NIDAQ with it? If yes did you again install NIDAQ? If yes you need to uninstall them because installing NIDAQ twice will cause driver conflict. if no, then what is the version of NIDAQ that you c8urrently have?

Please let me know with your response so that a better idea can be got on this problem.
