Why does my NI ELVIS II dont have a frequency output?

Hi i am currently using a NI ELVIS II but when i put the block diagram it did not build the output. Why is it so? Here is the pic of the block diagram

I am totally new to this and have no clue on how to use the hardware into the software. I really need help!
