Wrong analog output values (amplitude) for some of the channels of PCI-6229

Hi

When sending an output voltage to the PCI-6229, it outputs a wrong value, depends on the channel.

Aslo sending the output value through the "test panel" in order to make sure it's not a code bug.this is what i get:

sent     |   -10V    |    +10V   |

-------------------------------------------

received:

Ao0       -9.87V     2.3V

Ao1       -9.86V     9.94V

Ao2     -14.22V     -14.18V

Ao3     -14.35V     -14.35V                   (no response an that one)

The self test passed with no problems and I also tried to reset the card (and the computer + disconnecting from the wall) with no success.

any idea?

Hi Roy,

I just have a few questions for you to help you troubleshoot your device:

1) How are you grounding your card? Are there any other devices in your system? You may want to try connecting it to an earth ground.

2) How are you measuring the output? Try connecting the AO to an AI pin on the card to see if you get the same results.

3) Have you done a Self-Calibration? You can do this by right-clicking on the device in MAX under Devices and Interfaces and selecting "Self-Calibrate". Does this improve your results?

4) Do you know when this device was last calibrated?
