XP crash on nitiork.dll error

I am running XP Pro with Labview 8.5.1.  Whenever I install the 6024E and the 6061 cards into the machine XP crashes a short time after boot.  If I remove the cards, XP boots normally.

The BSOD tells me there is a memory dump and nitiork.dll  at A977EC24 base A9767000 is the source of the error.

I have further addresses of 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x977EC24, 0xA43A634, 0x00000000)

Any help on this problem?

Sounds like a defect card.

I would suggest to first try other drivers, like NI-DAQmx 8.9, then test the cards in another system and if that still results in the same behaviour, ....please contact your local NI Office.
