accidentally uninstalled NI-DAQmx, now I can´t see DAQs in MAX

Hey,

I accidentally.. uninstalled NI-DAQmx 7.4 and after that installed NI-DAQmx 7.5. Now I found that in MAX - NI-DAQmx devices I can see my 6225 DAQs but in front of them the picture is not "normal". In picture there is red "x" and in attributes serial number etc. are valued N/A.

Do I need to uninstall NI-DAQmx and remove PCI- cards and install after that first software and after that DAQs or is there a better way to configure DAQs?

Thanx

Do the following
verify that windows sees the board from device manager

press F5 to refresh the MAX
check if you see the device under tradiotinal daq

IF you see under NI-DAQmx devices two devices ("real" and one with red X)
-> right click the device with red X and select delete

If that cannot help, you can try to remove the board and start the machine without the board -> go to MAX and delete the board you see
install the board and everything should be ok.
