analog input PCMCIA 6024E

Hi all,
we are using DAQ Card-6024E device for I\O applications. We started by testing the digital I\O channel, it's working well, which doesnt hold for the analog I\O. we are using RSE input mode so we connect a sinewave signal generator between ACH0 and the AIGND pins; the output is too strange, we have a dc output with amplitude -10! no matter the input signal is changed, we have the same output; no matter the connection type is changed to differential (with the mode changed) we still have the same output. We opened this forum and checked similar problems, we set the mode to "Refrenced Single Ended" at the device properties... we still have the same problem.

we have also another problem with the analog output... we connected our oscilloscope between DAC0OUT and AOGND... no signal is detected.

it is good to state that we are using the factory-default configuration of the switches onboard.

we would appreciate any devicer... thank you all...

aprek,

Have you tried connecting an anlog output to a differential input to see if it's able to read the correct values?  Given what you've said it sounds like it probably wont work, in which case I'm afraid that your hardware may have become damanged at some point.  If you would like to return the device to us for repair, please call us at 866-275-6964 to arrange for an RMA.
