bi-directional digital lines on the same port with 6034

Can the digital lines be set as both inputs and outputs on a PCI-6034 card with an SCB-68.  The solution we are creating requires 3 DI and 3 DO. Not sure if we need to add another board or get another board with more digital ports.

Thanks for posting.  According to the specifications for the PCI-6034E, it 8 bidirectional digital lines.  However, each line can only be configured for either input or output at any time, not both.  It is possible to create a digital input task and clear it once it has finished, then create a new digital output task on that line, but this will require some amount of time to configure at runtime.  Otherwise, if you need 3 digital inputs and 3 digital outputs at the same time, you will need to use 6 digital lines.  Hope this helps!
