cDAQ-9134 Not Recognized Over USB

I've tried 2 separate computers, and neither recognizes the cDAQ device at all. I've tried multiple USB cables, and a bunch of other things. Just looking for some other options at this point, I need to get it running ASAP.

Just to start from the beginning:

Do you have DAQmx drivers installed and NI MAX installed?

Is your USB port 2.0 or 3.0? Make sure to try 2.0.

The 9134 runs its own OS as well. Either a Real Time OS or WES7, so it might not show up as the specific type of device you expect in Windows Device Explorer.
