I recently purchased a used cDAQ 9139. When previous cDAQs have been purchased, they could be reset via the Acronis program installed on the cDAQs (Pressing F4 during start up and factory resetting). This newest cDAQ does not bring up the Acronis program when following the procedure, instead bringing up the Windows Boot Manager. Do you know why? The only idea I have is that the cDAQ is running an old BIOs (1.0.0f1) vs what the other cDAQs run (1.2.3f1).
Unfortunately, the previous user still has a password protected account, so I can not log in to perform a reset or update firmware.
