Hi, I hope this is right board to post the issue with Compact DAQ chassis.
Installed NI Software:
LabVIEW 2011 Base Development System, TestStand 2010, DAQmx 9.4 and MAX 5.0 in the system.
On connecting the cDAQ-9178 Chassis to the system, In the Devices and Interfaces section of the MAX,
the device is shown with red cross mark with Self Test and Reset Chassis options greyed out in the right side pane of MAX
When we go through the My Computer->Device Manager window, we could see USB Flash Firmware Updater as the driver under
Data Acquisition Devices section
Seems like some issue with driver corruption or wrong drvier being pointed for the cDAQ-9178.
1. We have upgraded DAQmx to 9.3.5 from DAQmx 9.1 initially. This issue is seen after upgradation.
2. We again upgraded the DAQmx version from 9.3.5 to 9.4. Still the same issue is seen
Can anyone please help me to point it to the correct driver or cleanup of the driver corruption?
