I attempted to update firmware on a cDAQ-9191 through NI-MAX. The update stalled, so I let it sit for an extended period before power cycling the device. I am now now able to connect to the device at all and the status light is blinking 3 times. According to the documentation and several other posts, using the NI Network cDAQ Recovery Utility should fix this problem.
I have loaded several different firmware versions that reported success in the utility. After each update I get the same 3 blinking lights.
Is the device just bricked or is this recoverable? Anyone got any good tricks?
