cDaq-9172 and USB-9162 on same computer issue

I am trying to use an 8 slot cDAQ-9172 chassis and a USB-9162 single carrier holder on the same computer.  I need 9 slots total.

The module in the USB-9162 will not show up in Measurement and Automation Explorer.

It recognizes the carrier (USB-9162) but not the module in it.  It says "No Cartridge"

Can I not use both on the same computer system?

Hi Mark,

What module are you using in the 9162 and what version of DAQmx do you have? There are several devices that are supported in the cDAQ chassis but not in the sleeve. This KB has a good list of devices.
