can AT-MIO-16 use 68 pin CB?

I just found an old AT-MIO-16, and works fine. I only have a 68 pin CB, can I use?

also, for the cable, I may have HD68 SCSI cable, can I connect the two above? I know there might be some noise issue here, just want to know if it is feasible.

thanks

How are you planning to connect the 68 pin cable to the 50 pin DAQ card?

I think this is not a problem, because the AT-MIO-16 itself, though has a IO connector Pin assignments for 50 pins in its manual, but the card's rear socket has actually 68 pins.

I don't know too much in details about how NI designed this to work in the old days, but I guess they have a cable converting 68pins to 50 pins, so that the DAQ card can be connected to the 50 pins CB (CB-50).  Actually, if you look at the mapping diagram of the 68 pins to 50 pins, the additional pins are ground.

I am trying to setup a measurement system with the available resources and limited time, buying a brand new set for this is a bit overkill for me now.
