card not generating +5 volts

I am using PCI 6221. A few weeks ago, the +5v LED on 2090A BNC panel stopped lighting up. I'm not sure why. When I manually connected the voltage on the +5V spring terminal (with respect to DGND), it was only around 2 volts. I also disconnected the BNC panel and checked voltage by connecting the multimeter directly to the DAQ board pins, but it got the same results. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem before?

abdel2,

While I cannot say for sure, it sounds like your card may have a problem with it and will need to be replaced or repaired.   Call into NI so that someone can walk you through some steps to see if your card needs to be sent in for repair.
