connection scheme in scb-68 with NI-PCI 6221 for implementation of a signal generator with the analog output

I start using a NI PCI-6221 DAQ card  in combination with the SCB-68 connector block.

I want to use this device to implement a signal generator for with variable signal parameters.

I started testing the existing example programm. Unfortunately I could not find any information the about the corresbonding connection scheme. All information given ist the following command in the source code.

Make sure your signal output terminal matches the Physical
*    Channel I/O Control. For further connection information, refer
*    to your hardware reference manual.

But the manual do not give the information I need.

Is there anybody how knows information about the connection schemes in the SCB-68 connector block if internal clocks, and trigger signal have to be used?
