continuos sampling gives attenuated values

On continuous sampling, I am trying to read 2 voltage signals SIMULTANEOUSLY.I am reading with PCI6221 card. with 10000-scan rate and 2500 samples /channel. this runs in a while

loop but the samples I get are attenuated in amplitude.

for eg if I am supposed to get 8V I get only 6V for these settings 

if  i reduce the sampling rate and samples/ch  then i get pretty accurate reading

Hello Akshay,

Thank you for your post. What kind of signal are you trying to read? s it floating or grounded? How do you measure; single ended, differential or pseudo differential?
