daqmx installation error

Hello,
I have a PXIe-1073 with a PXI-GPIB and a PXI-6704 connected. The computer is connected to my computer with a PCIe-8361. The communication with the GPID card is fine but i have some trouble with the PXI-6074.
I want to install the drivers for the PXI 6704. To do that, i have to install the DAQmx 9.7 for windows 7 32-bits. But the installation keeps failling with two error :
-NI DAQmx Dynamic Signal Acquisition Installer 2.6.0 has failed
-Ni DAQmx MIO Device Drivers 2.10.0 has failed
I told it to continue the installation.

My device show up in NI MAX (see attachment) but i can't communicate with it due to the installator errors. The installation finish by an error message : Installation failed.

I have tried some different version of DAQmx (9.5, 9.6, 9.7) and there is always these two errors. During the installations, my antivirus was desactivated.

I got exactly the same problem for a cDAQ-9171. I tried to install Ni-DAQmx 14 (then 9.7.5 after removing 14) and I have always the same error: "installation for ni-daqmx dynamic signal acquisition for windows 64 bit 2.8.0 failed"  (or 2.6.0 with Ni-DAQmx 9.7.5).

I also have the error for Ni DAQmx MIO.

The problem is that there is no error number or explanation.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.
