data aquisition: temperature, pressure and humidity

I want to connect with labview a data aquisition board that measures temperature, pressure and humidity and it's connected on a parallel port.

Your question should have been posted to a different board since this one is for NI DAQ hardware.

There is an example that will read or write the parallel port. Look for Parallel Port Read and Write Loop.vi. You can also use the VISA functions.
