The PCI-6035E uses the NI-DAQ driver. The current version is 6.9.3. It is available for download from the following location:

NI-DAQ Version 6.9.3 for Windows 2000/95/98/ME/NT/XP

I can still simulate a PCI-6035E.  So it is still supported by the latest version of DAQmx.  I would recommend just using LabVIEW 2015 if you have it.
