devices and interfaces

My laptop cant detect anything under Devices and Interfaces. Any suggestions? I am trying to detect a zigbee module from com ports

It is unclear why you posted here. It is also unclear what you are trying to do. Is the zigbee connected to an existing com port or is it supposed to emulate a com port? In order to detect com ports, you need NI-VISA installed.
