Good afternoon and I hope your well today.
I was reading through the forum and noticed you didn't get support at the time of the post, but felt it wasn't too long ok - so maybe if your still having trouble I can help.
I would make sure first of that if your using the same device with both Trad and DAQmx that you remember to reset the device when you switch...
I would then confirm in MAX (measurement and automation explorer) or with a simple LabVIEW (assuming your using LabVIEW) example to test that the Analog input, does it work correctly? If not then it could be an installation issue.
If yes, the its the code as you suspect. I wonder if you could post an example piece of code showing the issue, and maybe the community (and I) can help you to resolve the issue.
