digital trigger

Hi,

I am using a PCI 6024E data acquisition card on my damper test bench.

I acquire a waveform with the fonction AIAcquireTriggeredWaveforms (1, "0,1", 5*Pts_Cycle, freq_ech, 10.0, -10.0,
            &scanrate, DIGITAL_TRIGGER_A,
            POSITIVE_SLOPE, 0.0, "", 0, -1,
            GROUP_BY_SCAN, wave);

I create a trigger with an ampli op AD790JN, the out put is a 0-5V TTL output but the acquisition does not start at all because the fonction does not see the trigger!!!

This AD790JN is command by the servo controler of the test bench.

Can you tell me what is the problem please?

Or I do you usualy create a digital trigger with an external source

Hello,

Have you verified that your AD790JN provides a good TTL signal? If you are not sure, you can try to generate a TTL signal with your PCi 6024E device.

Have you connected the digital trigger signal to the START TRIG input?
