i am doing my final year project in labview
my aim of the project is to monitor the power quality and thereby indicating sag and swell , harmonics present in the supply voltage when i connect any domestic load across the supply.
i have developed VIs for both the applications
I am unable to proceed with the hardware part of the project
whether to use current and voltage sensors or ordinary CT and Pt for sensing current and voltage?
If ordinary ct and pt can be used what is the ratings for single phase supply?
how to interface them with the ELVIS board?
explain me the circuit connections in detail
