every N samples event not fired on dynamically analog output

Hi, everyone

I am new in this community. 

and these days I am developing an analog output task in my project. because of my data size is very big, and the data could dynamically generated block by block, So I want to dynamically write the data block when every N sample event fired. please see the diagram below,

 it works fine on a simulated PCIe-6363 card, but the event did not fired on true PCIe-6363 card, and with error 200290

The generation has stopped to prevent the regeneration of old samples. Your application was unable to write samples to the background buffer fast enough to prevent old samples from being regenerated.
