get_ni_daq_version return bad version

The get_ni_daq_version function returns 0x1683 when my version is 6.9.3.3. What am I doing wrong?

1683 is the base 10 (decimal) representation of hex 0x0693. The hex representation is what you need to look at. That caught me the first time too!
