how can i connect ni9264 with the computer

What form factor are you working with; compactDAQ, USB sleeve or cRIO? Have you had a look at the 9264 manuals?

i am going to use NI cDAQ-9172  cDAQ-9172 8-slot USB 2.0 Chassis for CompactDAQ, US (120 VAC). So can you tell me where can i find the driver for the  device.

You should definitely make it a habit of going through the manuals of the devices you purchase. You can download drivers from here. The driver that you need is DAQmx 8.9.
