how do I get DAQCard AI-16XE-50 working with WindowsXP?

I am trying to find the procedure for this. Should I:
1) Install Labview, 2) insert card, 3) take data? Or are there patches I need to download for my version of Labview 6.0?

Ananda,

Yes, that is the correct order. If you perform a complete installation of LabVIEW 6.0 it will install version 6.8 of NI-DAQ. I would suggest that you perform a custom installation of LabVIEW 6.0 and choose not to install NI-DAQ 6.8. After completing the LabVIEW 6.0 installation, you can install NI-DAQ 6.9.3.
