hi, I want to get analog output from photodiode using ni usb 6008 using daq assistant and display in waveform graph.kindly give any suggestions.

So you are measuring the voltage?  That would be an Analog Input.  There are plenty of examples for DAQmx and how to set this up.  Look in the example finder (Help->Find Examples).

And you migth need a TIA or photodiode current to voltage amplifier if you have the discrete photodiode.
