input analog channel frequency in simulated devices

Hello

i have installed  NIDAQ861.exe and i am trying to use C API's provided with it to read simulated input channel data of PCI 6255 device. 

Kindly tell me what is frequency(Hz) of analog input sine wave this simulator generates because i could not  find any option for selecting 

this frequency myself. Only selectable options availabe are sampling rate per channel,no of samples per channel, acquisition mode.

Hi ASIM_BHATTI,

I think the answer to your question is explained well in an older post.  Essentially the frequency of the simulated signal will depend on the sample rate and the number of samples to acquire.  Post back if you have any other questions.
