is it possible to synchronous 2 same pci card in 2 computers without the rtsi connection just with BNC 2110 connection?

I have two card PCI 6071 in each pc and each card are connected to a BNC 2110. And i wondering if is possible to synchronous this two card like master and slave to have the same clock. I ever try this two card in one Pc with the RTSI cable, it'work fine but i don't need that because the sampling rate it's too hight for the software with 2 cards. It's for acquisition only.If someone have a solution thank you.

Hi,

The only way to synchronize 2 boards located in 2 PCs is to use a cable, a RTSI cable. Take a look at this link...

Try exporting your sample clock to PFI 7 on one of the boards. That board will be the master. On the other board, import the sample clock from PFI 7. This board will be the slave. Connect a wire from the PFI 7 on one BNC 2110 to the PFI 7 on the other BNC 2110.
