lab pc+ card and 5v output

hi, trying to get two lab pc+ multifunction cards up and running. the card is installed properly looking at the configuration utility.
i'm not getting 5volts between pins 49/50 on either card?
this is needed to get the program running that uses the cards.
any info/pointers where to start diagnostics is much appreciated.

Wow- that's an old card!

I'll bet you have a blown fuses. See page 18 of the pdf file. It looks like there is also a spare fuse located on the card.

Was the problem the fuses? So as to help others who may encounter the same issue.

yes, problem solved, as in you solved the problem. it was the fuses.
