Looking for suggestions as to what if any National Instrument's DAQs may be well suited for measuring nano amps (DC, low voltage <5V) without the need for any signal conditioning.

I don't think our normal DAQ devices support measuring current that small.
There's a white paper with a example setup but we're not going to be able to get into the range that you want.

I've found another article that talk more about what you might be interested, but it isn't a multifunction DAQ device.
