How much is the input threshold voltage of Multifunction DAQ NI6120?

How much is the resolution ratio?

In the case of same input signal,when I set the input range from -200mv to 200mv,the max output signal is about 35uv,but when I set the input range from-5v to +5v,the max output signal is about 1.1mv.Please tell me the reason.
