nidaq traditionnal on Vista

Hello,

I have installed NIDAQ 7.4.1 traditionnal on Windows Vista.
NI MAX is working fine and I can test my card using the test panels.
However, when running my application, I get a runtime error 48 : nidaq32.dll cannot be found.
The file is present in my system32 folder as well as in my application folder.

Can anybody help me with this error?

Hello,

The Traditional NI-DAQ driver is not supported under Windows Vista, if you check out the readme for this version, it only supports Windows 2000/XP.

At this point in time, none of the NI drivers have validated support for Vista.

As you have discovered, you may be able to install them, but we cannot guarantee that they will work correctly.
