not seeing PCIe8382 on windows device manager

Hi Everyone,

I installed the NI-DAQ mx 2023 Q4 software first then I installed the PCIe-8382 card. Windows device manager doesn't showed up the card but when I open the NI-MX software it see's the card. Is the normal ? or I'm doing something wrong that Windows device manager is not seeing it.

thanks

PCIe-8382 is not a DAQ card but a MXI controller module. It might appear as an MXI card in Window Device Manager.

It will show up as system devices ("PCI-to-PCI Bridge" or "PCI Express [Up|Down]stream Switch Port")

thank you, Both. I check on System Device and I do see "PCI Express [Up|Down]stream Switch Port". I move the PCIe-8382 card to another Dell computer. same results. I even install the MXI OS compatibility but still the same results. I'm leaning thar this is normal for this card.
