We are trying to control a current supply with analog output from BNC-2110 board and PCI6713 card. Our current supply requires a floating input, however we found the analog output only has a grounded reference, even it's already switched to 'FS'. Is there a way to generate a floating output? We appreciate any suggestions!

You cannot change the AO into isolated. What current supply model?
There are isolated analog output cards like https://www.ni.com/en-us/shop/model/pxie-4322.html

Use a OP amp (or better two) to make the output float?
One amp and 4 identical resistors form a differential amplifier, the second buffer the output 'GND' or reference to the diff amp reference.
But still migth depend on the actual voltage input of your current source. (Type?)

If you don't want to roll your own, use a COTS approach such as this example (there are many other brands):

When using an external isolator, do consider its bandwidth and your signal frequency.

Santhosh raises a valid point that I neglected to mention.
