physical chanels and xl data for usb ni 6008

Hello , Please guie me about the physical channels of usb 6008,
For example if i use two channels ai 0 and ai 1, connected with battries of 9 volts i see differnt graps as if on the same battries i use channel ai 1 and ai 2,
Second question i am not cleared the data i get in xl sheet as using one chanel, i see two columns in xl showing x and time values but when i use two channels then in xl sheet i see three columns shoing one column x values and two columns of time.i am not cleared about that why i am not getting four coulmns as i am using two channels e,g it shows like this.

hi sham,

for the measurement have a closer look at this
(at the bottom of the page there is a graphic which shows the different measurement connection types)

when measuring with two channels you get three columns, one for the time and two for the both signals (you have the same time axis for both signals).
it looks like the first column is the time and the two others are your signals.

Can any one help me to use data logger ni 6008 with labview.My problem is that when i install labview and usb 6008, i am not able to communicate data logger through labview.

Hello Sham,

The USB 6008 is actually supported by our DAQmx driver v7.5.  I highly suggest upgrading your driver and device to get the full functionality of the DAQmx driver.  Logging data in LabVIEW with the USB 6008 will be easier with the DAQmx driver.
