problem in validate serial number after PC formatting

im formating my PC as having hard disk problem, currently im trying to install back labview and unable to validate serial number.there is instruction here to ask for ni.com/support.

In formatting your hard drive you may have changed the label of your systems hard drive, or you may have changed your hard drive to rectify the problem.

In either case the computer id shown in MAX against which your serial number is validated has likely changed. You should ideally call us so that we can validate your software over the phone.
