Adlink will probably have a driver for this device that you can use to interface with it. Your best best will be to contact Adlink support or check their website for what they offer.
If they have a dll for the device, you could use the Call Library Function node (within the Advanced subpalette of the functions palette) in LabVIEW to interface with the dll.
