samples clock and buffer size with no regeneration (usb-6259)

i'm doing a continuous analog output generation on a usb-6259 using the example Cont Gen Voltage Wfm-Int Clk-Non Regeneration.vi

i've notice that changing the sample clock rate or the buffer size, affects my output signal (e.g. desider frequency doesn't match, high latency)

is there any law to set those parameters?

The transfert mechanism showing the lowest latency is "OnBoard Memory Empty".
