smallest voltage change detectable

A simple question, but the help is appreciated.

My 6289 m-series ADC is 18 bit. I am performing AI Voltage with LV8.5 DAQmx Read (Analog 2D I32 NChan NSamp).vi

For +/-10V input range, is the smallest detectable voltage change:

10/(2^17)= 76.3 muV    ?

If you need to use this input range +/-10V:

20/(2^18)= 76.29 uV
