Trying to start a PWM signal after temperature values have been met. The DAQ assistant acquiring to temp data works great. The DAQ assistant 2 generates a high output on port 0 line 1... this works great. However, once the temp value is met, I want to shutdown the DAQ assistnt 2 and turn on the DAQmx PWM process. This is not working and generates errors or doesn't output the PWM to the ctr0 output port. I am using an SCC-68 breakout box.
