the DAQ icon has gone red permanently in my program even if the program is not running ?

i m facing a problem with DAQ, the icon has gone red permanently in the panel, the moment is run the program the program is interupted and the DAQ icon start blinking, i know this means that there is a problem with my program, but my worries is the vi is not allowing me to change any setting with DQA ,the iocn has got permanent red border even if the program is not running ,neither it is showing the connection pin diagram on DAQ nor it is alowing me to creat new voltage connetion or delete existing voltage connection, nor it is saving any change in the program.The moment i save the program it says"DAQ is unabel to load the image" help me i m in despearte need for ur guide ,, more over i m new to labview 😞

What icon are you talking about? At least post an image or even better - post your VI. Also provide the version of DAQmx that you are using.

Reading your post again, it seems you have set a breakpoint. I have no idea why you can't change anything, though.
