thermal cycling using PID controller without using Toolkit!

I am trying to controll the heater through a closed lopp system using PID controller.
I am interested to have some advices from someone how has done this task before.
Ultimately to build a concrete discusion on the Thermal Cycling using Labview.

The only thing I am not sure about how is the closed loop going to fuction if we have while loop.
