Figure 1 of the SCXI1303 Install manual shows the pull up and bias resistors for one channel. The resistors come packaged 8 to a device in the Single In-line Package (SIP). These devices are available in many resistor values. I know that 10k devices are available. As for the tolerance and temperature coefficients, you will need to check the manufacturer's data sheets. I think 2% or 5% tolerances are standard. More precise umits may be available. I do not know what kinds of temperature coefficients are available. In the typical applications for these devices (logic terminations and bias networks) neither precision nor stability is very important.
You could make your own by soldering precision resistors to an IC socket cut in half to make a connector.
You could measure the +5 V on a + channel by simply not connecting anything to the input. The pull up resistor connect to the +5 V source.
