unable to add the network device

Hi

I am facing problem to add the network device.In max window, when i search for the connected network device , it automatically recognises NI DAQmx-9191 but the button to " add the selected device" is disabled. I can not add it. Please help . why it is like this ?

Which version of NI-DAQmx you have installed?  You’ll probably need to upgrade to a newer version of the driver. Take a look at this article.

i am not sure at this moment but i believe it is 5.0. The model numerb is NI 9234 and surprisingly , even after the insturment is connected to my computer throught ethernet and the power of the instrument is on , i can not see it from by computer by pinging.

You need to upgrade your NI-DAQmx version, you can download the latest version from here.
