what LabView version can "USB-6251" work on?

I currently have LabView 6.0, is this usable?

Hi Erick30,

I just thought I’d add a little more specific info. If you go to ni.com/updates and search for the device you want, such as “6251” you’ll get a long list. What you’re looking for is the oldest DAQ driver in the list. I noticed that DAQmx 7.3.1 was the oldest. I clicked on the link and opened the readme file and search for “6251”. I didn’t find anything, so I repeated these steps for the next-oldest driver, DAQmx 7.4. I was able to find the 6251, so it appears that this is the first driver to support that device.

 

Now the question is: what version of LabVIEW can I use with this driver? This KB shows which versions of LabVIEW are compatible with which driver versions. So, although Dennis was right, I wanted to show you how you can do this for any device.
