While settling time is an important characteristic, it is not the only important dynamic specification. These devices are tested with all dynamic specifications taken into account. I can assure you that the USB-6009 will be accurate with 14 bit resolution at its maximum sampling rate. Is there a specific reason that you need the amplifier settling time for this device?
